- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- frozen coconut - 1 pkg
- can cream of coconut - 1 item
How to make easy coconut cake:
Bake cake according to package instructions in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour Eagle Brand milk and cream of coconut over cake while hot. Then let cake cool completely. Top with Cool Whip and then coconut. Refrigerate before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Coconut.
