Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- eye of round roast - 3 lb
How to make easy beef tips:
Cut roast into 1-inch cubes. Mix onion soup, water and mushroom soup; pour over beef. Bake in covered casserole dish at 300° for 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serve over rice.
