- margarine - 1/2 c
How to make dutch babies:
Put margarine into a 9 x 13-inch pan and melt in a 425° oven. Put eggs into a blender and mix on high for 1 minute. Keep blender running and add milk and flour. Pour batter into hot pan and return to oven. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.Topping Suggestions: Nutmeg, powdered sugar, lemon juice, warm syrup, fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches), hot fruit (applesauce, canned pie fillings), jam cinnamon and sugar.
