- butter - 2 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- plain flour - 2 tsp
- milk - 2/3 c
How to make dumplings:
Combine self-rising flour and plain flour and mix with butter. Add milk. Roll out on floured surface and let stand 30 minutes. Cut into strips and drop into boiling broth.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Pasta, rice and grains.
