Dumplings for soup



  • eggs - 2 item
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/5 tsp
  • parsley - 1/2 tsp
  • original pancake mix - 1/2 c

How to make dumplings for soup:

Combine water and butter in small saucepan. Bring to a boil; add pancake mix, parsley and garlic, stirring vigorously until mixture leaves side of pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Drop tablespoon on soup. Cook about 2 minutes or until they come to the top.
