- granulated sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
How to make dumplings for soup:
Beat egg, add sugar and salt. Mix well. Add milk. Fold in flour which has been mixed with baking powder. Place dumplings in broth by spoonfuls. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: German, Kid Friendly, European.
