Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- flour enough to make mixture elastic - 1 item
How to make dumplings for soup:
Mix all ingredients together, adding enough flour to make mixture elastic. Drop small teaspoons of mixture into soup. Check after 10 minutes. Serve. (Soup should be boiling when dropping dumpling mixture into it.)Recipe categories: German, Kid Friendly, European.
