  • butter - 1/2 lb
  • chopped walnuts
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • can Comstock cherry pie filling - 1 item
  • Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 pkg

How to make dump cake:

Spread pie filling in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Partially drain pineapple and spread on top of pie filling. Sprinkle cake mix over pineapple. Sprinkle walnuts on top of cake mix. Dice butter and sprinkle over walnuts. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool before serving.
