Ingredients/Components
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- to 16 large mushrooms - 12 item
- fresh bread crumbs can be toasted - 1/2 c
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Clean mushrooms, remove stems. Chop stems of mushrooms and combine with butter and onions. Saute for about 5 minutes. Add fresh bread crumbs, walnuts, salt and pepper. Butter the cap of each mushroom. Place in pan and fill. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
