Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/2 1
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stalks celery, chopped - 6 item
  • poultry seasoning - 2 Tbsp
  • bulk sausage - 1 lb
  • large potato, grated - 1 item
  • loaf bread, minus crust - 2/3 3/4
  • corn bread mix, baked - 1 pkg
  • can chicken or turkey broth - 1 item

How to make dressing:

Crumble breads up; add enough milk to moisten. Add remaining ingredients and saute until onion and celery are tender. Place in big casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 to 2 hours.
