Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • self-rising flour - 1 c
  • cooking oil - 1/4 c
  • chicken broth - 5 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
  • poultry seasoning - 2 Tbsp
  • meal Adams medium grind - 1 c

How to make cornbread dressing:

Mix first 8 ingredients together and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour. While hot, break into pieces. Add salt and pepper and poultry seasoning. Mix with chicken broth. Bake again for 1 hour. Bread can be baked the night before.
