Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • medium onion - 1/2 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • can chopped green chilies - 1 oz

How to make dorito casserole:

Brown meat with onions until onions are tender. Stir in chilies, soup and milk. Pour over crumbled Doritos in casserole dish. Add grated cheese on top. Bake at 350° until cheese melts. Serve warm. Serves 4 to 6.
