- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- small can green chilies - 1 item
- ground meat, browned and drained - 1 lb
How to make cheese enchilada casserole:
Mix soups, chilies and heat. Dip tortillas in mixture and layer tortillas, ground meat and grated cheese in casserole. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Main dish, One Dish meal.
