Ingredients/Components

  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • corn tortillas - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
  • can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
  • small can green chilies - 1 item
  • ground meat, browned and drained - 1 lb

How to make cheese enchilada casserole:

Mix soups, chilies and heat. Dip tortillas in mixture and layer tortillas, ground meat and grated cheese in casserole. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
