Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 to
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- small onion - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- button garlic - 1 item
- cans enchilada sauce - 2 oz
- large bag Dorito chips - 1 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Saute garlic and onion, then add ground beef and brown. Add soups, enchilada sauce and green chilies. Heat thoroughly. Crush Doritos (1/2 bag). Layer crushed Doritos chips, meat and cheese.
