Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 12 item
- can chopped green chiles - 1 oz
How to make green chile casserole:
Brown meat, salt and pepper to taste. In casserole dish, layer tortillas, onion, cheese, meat and chiles. Repeat until used up. Blend soups and milk together and pour over top. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Can add grated cheese on top and heat until melted.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
