  • cider vinegar
  • green beans - 2 lb
  • whole garlic - 1 item
  • pickling spice - 1/4 c
  • fresh dill - 1 item
  • dry red pepper - 1 item

How to make dilly beans:

Brine:2 c. cider vinegar2 c. water1/4 c. pickling spice Wash, stem, pack beans in jars. Add 1/2 teaspoon red pepper, 1 clove garlic and one head dill to each jar before packing. Boil brine, pour over beans, seal and allow to cure for 6 weeks. Chill before serving.
