Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 c
- water - 1 qt
- vinegar - 1 qt
- cucumbers - 1 item
- grape leaves - 1 item
- garlic optional - 1 item
- dill heads - 1 item
How to make dill pickles:
Wash cucumbers. Heat vinegar, salt and water to a boil. Put dill, grape leaf and garlic in bottom of jar. Pack cucumbers in clean jars. Pour boiling liquid over the cucumbers and seal. Allow at least 2 weeks before serving.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
