Dijon potatoes



  • sour cream - 3 Tbsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • water - 1/2 c
  • Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • potatoes - 6 item
  • herbs parsley, chives, etc

How to make dijon potatoes:

Slice potatoes thin. Rinse under cold running water to remove most of the starch. Dry well. Melt margarine and saute potatoes until golden. Add water, salt and pepper; cover and cook gently for 20 minutes. Drain potatoes. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over potatoes just before serving.
