Dijon potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- potatoes - 6 item
- herbs parsley, chives, etc
How to make dijon potatoes:
Slice potatoes thin. Rinse under cold running water to remove most of the starch. Dry well. Melt margarine and saute potatoes until golden. Add water, salt and pepper; cover and cook gently for 20 minutes. Drain potatoes. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over potatoes just before serving.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, One Dish meal.
