Ingredients/Components
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- raw rice - 1/2 c
- small can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- can onion soup - 1 item
How to make rice casserole:
In skillet, saute mushrooms and raw rice in oleo for about 5 minutes or until slightly browned. Add onion soup and 1/4 can water. Stir and cover. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
