- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- potatoes - 8 item
- sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
- block cream cheese - 8 oz
How to make cheese potatoes:
Cream potatoes. Add first margarine, sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Grate cheese and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until melted, about 10 minutes at 450°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
