Ingredients/Components

  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can milk - 1/2 item
  • medium potatoes - 4 item
  • celery, chopped - 1 c
  • can green beans, drained - 1 oz
  • large bratwurst - 3 item

How to make delicious brat casserole:

Saute celery until partially done. In a well-buttered 2-quart casserole dish, place potatoes, thinly sliced. Cut brats into 1-inch pieces. Cook thoroughly. Drain grease off and place on top of sliced potatoes. Place green beans and celery over brats. Mix soup and milk. Stir well and pour over ingredients in casserole dish. Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours. Can use Italian sausage. Serves 4.
