Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- eggs beaten well - 3 item
How to make custard pie:
Beat the eggs well and add sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and cinnamon. Warm the milk and add to mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Turn down to 300° and bake until knife inserted into middle of pie comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
