- curry powder - 2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- plain yogurt - 1/2 c
- onion, grated - 2 Tbsp
- skinned, boned chicken breasts - 2 item
How to make curry chicken:
Cut chicken breasts into thirds. Marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour in yogurt mixture. Roll in crumbs. Fry in salad oil. Serve with lemon wedges.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken wing.
