- egg - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes - 6 item
How to make stuffed tomatoes:
Select 6 smooth round tomatoes. Scoop out the pulp and pass through sieve. Put in frying pan with chopped onion, bread crumbs and egg. Cook until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add grated cheese, salt and pepper. Fill the tomatoes. Sprinkle with extra bread crumbs and cheese. Bake until tender.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Side dish.
