  • egg - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can celery soup - 1 item

How to make saucy meatballs:

Combine ground beef, can of celery soup, egg, bread crumbs and salt and pepper to taste. Scoop out with ice cream scoop. Place on cookie sheet. Cook in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until brown. Take out of oven and place in casserole dish. Pour 1 can of mushroom soup over meatballs. Cover and return to oven for approximately 30 minutes.
