Curried chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- curry powder - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained - 2 pkg
- chicken breasts, cooked, cooled and cut in large chunks - 6 item
How to make curried chicken casserole:
Grease 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Place broccoli spears in dish. Layer chicken chunks on top of broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry and lemon juice and spread over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 1/2 hour.Can be assembled one day ahead and baked just before serving.
