- sour cream
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- celery salt - 1 tsp
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- curry - 3 tsp
- chicken breasts, boned and halved - 4 item
How to make curried chicken breasts:
Dip:3/4 c. sour cream3 tsp. curry1 tsp. celery salt3 Tbsp. lemon juice dash of garlic salt Heat oven to 350°. Butter baking dish. Mix ingredients for dip. Cover pieces of chicken with dip. Dredge with crumbs and place in baking dish. Bake 1 hour. Serves 8. Can be made the day before.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
