Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- boneless chicken - 1 lb
- Swanson chicken broth - 1 c
- vegetables broccoli, green onion, celery and carrot - 4 c
How to make stir-fried chicken:
In skillet or wok on high heat in 2 tablespoons oil, stir-fry boneless chicken cut in strips. Remove and set aside. Add 1 tablespoon oil to skillet. Stir-fry 4 cups vegetables and 1 clove minced garlic until tender-crisp. In cup, combine 1 cup chicken broth, cornstarch, ginger and soy sauce. Add to skillet with reserved chicken.
