Chicken in sour cream
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- paprika - 2 tsp
- pepper - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 tsp
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- celery salt - 2 tsp
- clove garlic, pressed - 1 item
- chicken breasts, split and skinned - 3 item
How to make chicken in sour cream:
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika and pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken; coat well. Allow to marinate in sour cream mixture in refrigerator overnight, covered.When ready to cook, remove pieces of chicken from sauce and roll in crumbs. Arrange in large baking dish; sprinkle with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes, or until done. Good cold.
