- can mandarin oranges - 1 item
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- green onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
How to make curried carrots:
Cut carrots into 1/4-inch slanting slices. Drain the oranges, reserving 3 tablespoons juice. In a wide frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add carrots and orange juice.
