Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Tabasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Miracle Whip - 1/4 c
  • green onion, chopped - 1/4 item
  • bread slices - 1 item
  • medium cucumbers, peeled and finely chopped - 2 item

How to make cucumber sandwiches:

Peel cucumbers and chop into very fine pieces. Blend in cream cheese and add remaining ingredients; mix well. Trim crust from bread slices and cut into 3 pieces. Spread bread sections with cucumber mixture to make small sandwiches.
