Crunchy curried chicken
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- sliced almonds - 1/3 c
- can water chestnuts, drained and chopped - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- curry powder - 1/8 1/4
- minced fresh parsley - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- cubed cooked chicken - 1 c
- cubed cooked ham - 1 c
- cooked grain rice
How to make crunchy curried chicken:
Place rice in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle chicken, ham and water chestnuts. Combine the next six ingredients. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 5 minutes longer. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
