Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- poppy seeds - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- chopped cooked chicken - 3 c
- crushed round buttery crackers about 40
How to make creamy chicken casserole:
Combine first 4 ingredients; spoon into a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Combine crushed crackers and butter and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
