Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 4 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • curry powder - 1/4 tsp
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken breasts - 6 item

How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:

Boil chicken until done. Let cool and pick meat off bones and set aside.

Combine soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise, curry powder, 1/2 cup milk and seasonings. In 13 x 9-inch casserole dish, place drained broccoli on bottom. Evenly place chicken over top. Pour soup mixture over top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
