Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 1 Tbsp
- cooked chicken - 2 to
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 3/4 c
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- crushed corn flakes
- diced celery - 1 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- cooked rice
How to make crunchy chicken casserole:
Topping:1/2 c. crushed corn flakes1 Tbsp. melted margarine Dice cooked chicken. Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish.Mix melted margarine with crushed corn flakes. Top casserole with mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
