Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- diced celery - 1/4 c
- slivered almonds - 1/4 c
- stick oleo - 1/4 item
- onion - 1/4 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- boiled eggs - 3 item
- Topping:1 c
- cooked chicken, deboned - 2 3
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix ingredients together in casserole dish.Topping:1 c. corn flakes, crushed1/4 stick oleo1/4 c. slivered almonds Sprinkle on top of salad. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
