Creamy tomato soup
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato juice - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
How to make creamy tomato soup:
Combine butter and onion in 2-quart glass casserole. Microwave on High for 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Add flour, sugar, salt and pepper; mix well. Stir in tomato juice gradually. Microwave on High for 4 minutes or until heated through, stirring once. Stir in milk gradually. Microwave on Medium-high for 8 to 10 minutes or just to the simmering point, stirring every 2 minutes.
