Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- grated zucchini - 17 18
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- can pineapple juice - 1 oz
- dram pineapple flavoring - 1 item
How to make zucchini pineapple:
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Add zucchini and simmer 20 minutes. Put in hot jars and seal. Makes 8 to 9 pints.You can also process in a hot water bath for 10 minutes.
