Creamy roquefort dressing
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- Philly cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- Roquefort or Blue cheese, crumbled - 4 oz
How to make creamy roquefort dressing:
Cut cream cheese into six pieces. Place into food processor with mayonnaise and garlic powder. Pulse until smooth. Pour milk through food chute with processor running. Add crumbled cheese by hand.
