Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- fryer, cooked and broth or 4 or 5 breasts - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Take dressing mix, margarine and enough chicken broth to make mix moist. Layer in greased casserole dish. Second layer: mayonnaise, cut chunks of chicken, chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. Mix eggs and milk; pour over other ingredients. If making ahead, refrigerate. Before baking, pour can of cream of chicken soup over and spread evenly. Garnish with cornflake crumbs.
