  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • milk - 4 c
  • nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
  • raisins - 1/4 c
  • egg, well beaten - 1 item
  • Minute rice, cooked - 1 c
  • vanilla pudding mix and pie filling - 1 pkg

How to make creamy rice pudding:

Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil. Pour into serving bowls. Serve warm or cold sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg. Add rice and raisins to milk and pudding mixture before cooking. Serves 10.
