Plum cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- powdered sugar
- nuts, chopped - 2 c
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- juice from 1 lemon
- small jars strained plums baby food - 2 item
- coconut, grated or 3 1/2 oz - 1 c
How to make plum cake:
Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar juice from 1 lemon Mix sugar, oil and eggs well. Mix other ingredients and pour into a greased pan (Bundt or tube). Bake at 325° for 1 hour. When done, let it stand in pan for a few minutes. Then glaze.For Glaze: Mix sugar and juice from 1 lemon well. While cake is still warm, pour glaze over cake.
