Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • powdered sugar
  • nuts, chopped - 2 c
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • small jars strained plums baby food - 2 item
  • coconut, grated or 3 1/2 oz - 1 c

How to make plum cake:

Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar juice from 1 lemon Mix sugar, oil and eggs well. Mix other ingredients and pour into a greased pan (Bundt or tube). Bake at 325° for 1 hour. When done, let it stand in pan for a few minutes. Then glaze.

For Glaze: Mix sugar and juice from 1 lemon well. While cake is still warm, pour glaze over cake.
