Creamy chicken and mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
- mushrooms, sliced
- chicken breasts, skinned - 4 item
- small onion, sliced - 1 item
- hot noodles - 4 c
How to make creamy chicken and mushrooms:
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oleo. Add chicken; cook until done. Remove from skillet. Reduce heat. Add 1 tablespoon oleo to skillet. Cook mushrooms, onion and garlic until onion is tender. Stir often. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet with other ingredients and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir often. Serve over hot noodles.Note: Instead of chicken breast, I use baked leftover chicken or turkey. Good and quick.
