Creamy broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- sliced almonds - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 c
How to make creamy broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli until tender. Drain well. Place in lightly oiled 8 x 8 x 1/2-inch baking dish. Combine soup, cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice; mix well. Pour over broccoli. Top with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Casseroles.
