- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- container sour cream room temperature - 1 (8
- fruit for topping - 1 item
How to make creamy baked cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 300°. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. Pour in prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set. Top with sour cream.
