  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
  • strawberry halves - 1 item

How to make holiday cheesecake:

Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300°. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and juice, mixing until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour mixture over crust. Bake at 300° for 55 minutes.

Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Carefully spread over cheesecake. Continue baking 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Garnish with strawberry halves; chill.
