Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 qt
- stick butter - 1/4 item
- small onion, diced fine - 1 item
- to 6 potatoes, peeled and diced - 5 item
- small can chicken broth - 1 item
How to make cream of potato soup:
Cook diced potatoes and onions in chicken broth until tender. Add milk and butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Variation: Add some fried bacon, broken into bite-size pieces.
