  • to 6 potatoes, peeled and diced - 5 item
  • small can chicken broth - 1 item

How to make cream of potato soup:

Cook diced potatoes and onions in chicken broth until tender. Add milk and butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Variation: Add some fried bacon, broken into bite-size pieces.
