Cream of mushroom soup
Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- skim milk
- chicken broth
- cans mushrooms - 2 oz
How to make cream of mushroom soup:
Chill broth so fat will raise. Mix cornstarch and broth together. Cook on medium heat. Stir in milk, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Bring to boil. Cool and garnish with paprika.For thicker soup, add 1 tablespoon more of cornstarch.
