Cream of chicken soup
Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 6 c
- Cream of Wheat - 3 Tbsp
- large onion - 1 item
- small zucchini, chopped - 3 item
How to make cream of chicken soup:
Saute onion and zucchini in 2 or 3 tablespoons butter. When cool, put in blender. Put broth and zucchini in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons Cream of Wheat. Simmer for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Poultry, Bisques/cream soups.
