Ingredients/Components

  • chicken broth - 6 c
  • Cream of Wheat - 3 Tbsp
  • large onion - 1 item
  • small zucchini, chopped - 3 item

How to make cream of chicken soup:

Saute onion and zucchini in 2 or 3 tablespoons butter. When cool, put in blender. Put broth and zucchini in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons Cream of Wheat. Simmer for 30 minutes.
