- wine vinegar - 1 item
- green peppers - 1 item
- raw cauliflower - 1 item
- onions - 1 item
- Italian dressing - 1 item
- cucumbers - 1 item
- raw broccoli - 1 item
- raw carrots - 1 item
- raw squash - 1 item
- mushrooms canned or raw - 1 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Blanch slices of carrots, broccoli, squash and cauliflower in fast boiling water. Return to boiling, remove and drain in colander. Place blanched vegetables and slices of onion, cucumbers, green peppers and mushrooms in Italian dressing and wine vinegar.
